Service Description

I am currently offering a free coaching session for those interested in working with me. For this call, you will get a taste of my coaching style through exploring your desires around working with me. Ask me any questions you have, and lets get to know each other! Please set aside a full hour in a private space where you feel comfortable to drop into your body. If it seems like we are a good fit for each other, I will follow up on our session with information about ways to continue working together. You are in no obligation to continue working with me, and if you decide that coaching isn't right for you at this time, that's great! This is a no-pressure way to connect and have a conversation on what brings you to this work.
